Historically a residential dwelling, this property had been converted previously to a denture workshop & associated dental surgery.

Given the nature of our clients new business plan, we were approached to convert the upper storey of the property back into residential, with the ground floor operating as a denture workshop.

The planning exercise in this case consisted of meeting current living standards which were achieved by converting & extending the property at two storey level.

Several consultation comments were received with regards to the loss of employment space, and the impact of the extension on neighbouring dwellings, a robust planning argument was submitted to achieve planning permission.

With many commercial operations still existing within residential settlements, now is an ideal time to convert a commercial building to residential.
