With prime D2 Leisure space difficult to locate anywhere within the Country, our client approached us with the hope of converting this former A3 restaurant into a snooker & pool hall.

Aside from the justification of the loss of the A class usage, careful consideration was given to protect the residential amenity which neighboured the application site.

With a thorough planning statement which included full acoustic assessments & monitoring, we were not only able to secure planning  permission, we were also granted approval for the business to operate until 2am alongside licensing requirements.
