Originally home to a stationary company,  Change The Use were instructed to design and submit proposals to convert the existing vacant B1 office building into a mixed use development comprising a restaurant and cocktail bar located on the ground floor, with a 21 bedroom hotel on the three storeys over.

Proposals included extending the property at various levels along with internal and external remodelling.

Along with detailed floor plans & elevations, computer generated imagery was created to support the planning application, achieving full planning approval at first attempt.
