Formally a vacant B1 Office building overlooking one of Newbury’s famous Canals, change the use were instructed to convert the existing B1 office into residential by utilising permitted development rights.
Whilst utilising many features of the existing building fabric, proposals included internal remodelling & the introduction of cycle storage to satisfy transport concerns, the building was successfully converted to 3 x 2 Bedroom apartments.
Along with detailed floor plans & elevations, computer generated imagery was created to support the application which was approved in 2014.
