Located within one of the Countries biggest Cities, this vacant office building of over 67,000sqft was prime for residential conversion.

With a brief of appraising various forms of conversion, proposals were drafted to convert the building into 82 one & two bedroom apartments.

Given the scale of the conversion and location within the City Centre, it was important to ensure proposals met all parking, refuse and amenity space requirements.

Limitations which require the Council to determine the application within the 56 day deadline, ensured the application was approved within the stated timeline.
